I won’t hand over NPP General Secretary position to a novice – Boadu swears
Current General Secretary for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) John Boadu has given a strong indication that he will be retained as General Secretary as the party goes to the polls to elect its national officers.
John Boadu intimated that the party will be facing one of the most difficult elections in 2024 and having a novice as a General Secretary will don’t only be problematic but will spell doom for the party.
“Ahead of the 2024 election, the party will have a new Chairman, a New Flagbearer, a New Organizer, a New Youth Organizer so as the field Marshal, it will be imperative that I’m maintained because I have the experience and I’ve been there and done it,” he said.
John Boadu is in contention for the General Secretary for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) with persons like Charles Bissue, Justin Koduah, Fredrick Opare Ansah and Musah Superior.
