German Bundesliga club Schalke 04 loaned out Bernard Tekpetey to PFC Ludogorets on a two-season long loan deal in the ongoing summer transfer window. Tekpetey was farmed out to the Green and White lads after terminating his loan spell at Fortuna Dusseldorf prematurely after one season.
He said his decision to join PFC Ludogorets was the achievements of the Bulgarian club and its presence in the UEFA Champions League and Europa League. “Everything I’ve heard about Ludogorets so far made me choose this club,” Tekpetey told the club’s official website. “They play good football and they are always part of the Champions League and Europa League, too.
